BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
The Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West offers background checks/fingerprinting services at the ESC central office at 2275 Collingwood Boulevard, Toledo OH 43620.
- Background checks are done Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- The cost is $30.90 for the BCI and $32.19 for the FBI payable by debit or credit card only.
- A valid state/photo ID is required.
- Please print and complete the Request for Background Check Form below and bring it with you to ensure proper mailing of results.
